    The Matrix doesn’t, the Mirage and Meridian of the PA46 line do. The major difference between the Mirage and Matrix is the lack of pressurization. The Meridian is the bigger brother Turbo Prop

    Yea it’s a great feeling making that flight!!! This video was from about a year ago so I don’t remember all of the specifics but based on my memory it was only about 10 to 15 mins out of glide because I was up at FL180

    Thanks so much for posting. This is such a relaxing video. You can’t beat a trip to the Bahamas in a General Aviation plane, because it is a great way to see the authentic parts of the beautiful island chain, free of the hoards of tourists!

    Quick safety question: How much time in the flight were you out of glide distance from an airport?

    No that’s an Avidyne Release 8. The other videos I have posted with the Meridian are also a Avidyne Release 8 but they have since began production and distribution of the Meridian with G1000.

    Good for you congratulations!!! I remember my first solo it’s so exciting. Well I wish you nice weather and good luck. Keep with it and get your instrument rating as soon as you can.

    I am a student pilot flying my grandfathers old piper cherokee. Turning 16 this november to solo. Although it wouldn’t be until the end of november and weather isn’t always good in november around here. Can only hope..

    Why would they certify the plane and supply an oxygen system if you don’t use it? It was ideal altitude especially on the legs there excellent tail wind plus TAS equal shorter trip
