/ February 11, 2013I’ve always wondered this…
Are there ‘pops’ in your background music, or does my sound card just suck?

/ February 11, 2013Nice review, but you said it is too early to give it a 10. How long did you wait to give Avatar a 10?

/ February 11, 2013Understandable. While it was great, that could have been trimmed just a little bit. I can still see why it was kept in, since this is Tarantino and his writing. Nonetheless, it’s a great film.

/ February 11, 2013The first 30 minutes or so at “Candyland”… that section could be been greatly trimmed. All good stuff, but ultimately, didn’t need to be as long.

/ February 11, 2013If this is Tarantino’s finally movie as Director, he did a great job!

/ February 11, 20133:10 I don’t know, the movie didn’t feel like it had that subtext too much for me. After all, most of the white guys they were killing were wanted criminals. It’s not like they were just randomly killing slave owners in cold blood.

/ February 12, 2013Great review, Jon. Out of curiosity, you said that the film could have been a little shorter, but is there any specific scene that you thought could have been cut? I thought the same thing, but as I tried to pick out a scene, I couldn’t think of one. They each continue the plot, and I had a great time watching each scene. It was such a fantastic movie, and the performances of Waltz and DiCaprio were the highlights for me. Loved it all the way. 10/10
