The Boca Raton (FL) High School Bobcats staged one of the most incredible rallies you’ll ever see in a first round playoff game in Class 4-A. The story comes from a clip from the Bobcats’ 2008 year-end highlight film. Down 21-0 with 8 minutes left, the Bobcats scored 4 times – offsetting another Fort Pierce touchdown to send the game into overtime at 28-28. Fort Pierce ultimately won in overtime, but it showed great character on the part of Boca Raton. Here are all the dramatic highlights, with Bobcat player interviews to add to the story. Spirit Airlines flight 243, taking off from Ft. Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport, via runway 9L. Was lucky enough to get a window seat from a passenger who wanted to sit by their relative. Rotation was quick, at about 4500ft. Rate of climb was high to achieve a higher altitude before entering airspace over Miami Int’l, thus the extended use of flaps. Cheap airline, thats all I can say…cheap! The seats aren’t the most comfortable, but its the cheapest fare you can buy right now.
