Random nature of rain means some areas get soaked, others stay dry
There’s been so little rain this summer in parts of Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale that homeowners are battling brown lawns. Yet, in nearby West Boca and Miramar, heavy rains have flooded streets and swales.
