I have been to South Beach several times and know that Collins, Washington, and Ocea ave and, Lincoln Rd are the main streets of the town. Does Ft lauderdale have main strips like this? Where are their main blocks?

Aso if I wanted to check out the Miami nightlife how far would I have to travel. Would it just be worth going to Miami instead of FT Lauderdale, or are both places doable?
